2. Choose your three hours. Set them aside like a real appointment, ideally within the next week, while your intention is fresh. Bring a notebook, something to write with and headphones, and find a space where you won't be interrupted.

3. Practice along with it. When the recording invites you to breathe, move, write or meditate, do it fully, and pause the video whenever you need more time. The shift happens in the practices, much more than in watching them.
