When we opened our live Q&A on meditation and stress, you sent us a lot of questions. Many of them were on similar threads, so we gathered the ones that came up most and answered them in the order that makes the most sense. The main idea runs through every page: a calm mind comes from a safe body.

Jovanny Varela
International speaker, TEDx speaker, coach and writer, and the founder of The Artidote, which grew to a total of 3 million members. He has supported more than 10,000 people through talks, workshops and coaching, and has spoken in Dubai, India, Bulgaria and Cyprus. His work starts with the body: breath, meditation and somatic practices that calm your nervous system first, so change becomes possible. His style is gentle, clear and practical.
Ghita Tahiri
Consciousness teacher and meditation guide. She has studied and practiced meditation, the mind and consciousness for more than six years. She studied Rapid Transformational Therapy with Marisa Peer and combines meditation with hypnosis-based transformational work. She teaches meditation as a way to understand your mind, create space from stressful thoughts and emotions, and regulate your inner state, through simple practices for everyday life.
Take it at your own pace. Read one page a day, or all at once with a cup of tea. When you finish, we will tell you about our 3-week live course, in case you would like to keep going together.
