Hi, I'm Jovanny!

That single moment altered the course of my life.

The experience was so profound, there and then, I committed to a daily meditation practice to figure out exactly what in the world had just happened. Not because I was trying to fix myself, but because I was finally able to be myself.


The rest is history. Meditation - at least the way I practice it - helped me ease my social anxiety, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with the zest for life I knew lived inside me but had struggled so much to tap into. 

Today, meditation is still a part of my everyday life. The only difference is that it's no longer an emergency button when I'm feeling overwhelmed. Today it's practice I use to anchor my energy into my goals and and to download creative ideas into my conscious awareness. I didn't even know this was possible when I started!
