THE PROGRAM
- PART I: The ANATOMY OF A TRIGGER | We dissect a trigger into its main 3 components as an introduction to somatic awareness. When we know what is actually happening when we become triggered, we can make conscious shifts to effectively move through it.
- PART II: THE PHYSIOLOGY OF EMOTIONS | An introduction to somatic awareness. We explore the relationship between emotions and feelings (they're not the same) and how they relate to areas of the body.
- PART III: EXPLORING THE SOMA | We'll be practicing somatic healing techniques to better understand the movement of emotions (energy in motion) through the body. This allows us to release the emotional blocks that keep us in survival mode: overthinking, analysis paralysis, fear of failure.
- PART IV: THE LANGUAGE OF EMOTIONS | Shame, Anger, Fear are some of the most misunderstood (and therefore avoided) emotions. When you truly understand them, you no longer fear them.
- PART V: INTEGRATION | We'll be answering the question: How do I practically apply these new insights into my everyday life? This is where embodying your integrity comes into play—and where true healing actually happens.

I’m a Healing & Empowerment Coach with a unique approach to Shadow Work rooted in somatic practices— but my passion for this work began out of my own desperation:
For much of my life, I lived in the tug-of-war between my values and my fears. I know firsthand the exhaustion of trying to be everything for everyone while quietly betraying myself. It wasn’t until I hit an emotional breaking point that I realized the root cause: my nervous system was stuck in survival mode, unable to process the suppressed fear, anger and shame buried deep in my shadow.
That realization marked the beginning of my transformation. I immersed myself in somatic healing, learning how to increase my body’s capacity to feel and process even the most uncomfortable emotions. Through this work, I didn’t just heal; I discovered a powerful truth: integrity lives in the body.
When we expand our capacity to hold our emotions without judgment, we create space to live in alignment with our deepest values—even in the face of fear or discomfort.
Today, I guide others on that same path. By integrating my expertise in Somatic Shadow Work with my own lived experience, I’ve developed a proven methodology for helping reset the nervous system and reclaim our power.
