These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, and any programs, courses, coaching services, digital content, and other offerings we make available (collectively, the "Services"), including the Landing The Leap masterclass, 1:1 coaching programs, free resources such as our guided meditation, and the Gentle Reminders newsletter.

By accessing the Site, purchasing a Service, or registering for any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

The Artidote Inc. is a coaching and educational company founded by Jovanny Varela. We offer live and recorded trainings, one-on-one coaching, written content, and community programs focused on personal growth, nervous system regulation, and navigating life transitions.

3. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

This section is important — please read it carefully.

  • Our coaching, courses, meditations, and written content are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice.

  • Jovanny Varela is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider, and nothing offered through the Site constitutes diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of any mental, physical, or emotional outcome.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • Prices for the Landing The Leap masterclass, 1:1 coaching, and any other paid offering are listed on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed through our third-party course and payment platform (currently Systeme.io) and its payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Because the Landing The Leap masterclass and all coaching services involve reserved time and immediate access to live sessions, recordings, and digital materials, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

6. Live Sessions, Recordings & Community

  • Live trainings (including Landing The Leap) may be delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar third-party platform. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

  • Sessions may be recorded for participants' later access. By attending, you consent to being recorded if your camera or microphone is active, and you agree not to record, screenshot, or redistribute any session, recording, or written material without our written permission.

  • Group coaching, community spaces, and live Q&As are intended to be supportive and respectful environments. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, harassing, or unsafe manner, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site and within our programs — including the Landing The Leap curriculum, the Three-Point Landing System and related frameworks, meditations, Gentle Reminders newsletter content, videos, worksheets, and other materials — is the property of The Artidote Inc. and/or Jovanny Varela, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • When you purchase a Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms such as Systeme.io (site hosting and checkout), Zoom or Google Meet (live sessions), Substack (Gentle Reminders newsletter), and payment processors.
