Hi, I’m Jovanny

My mentorship work exists at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, somatics & everyday life.

I have a policy in my containers of “no body left behind,” which means all 4 of our bodies get considered, integrated and amplified:

The Mental Body (Mind): The way we frame reality with our thoughts.

The Emotional Body (Heart): The way we feel the world around & inside us.

The Physical Body (Body): The organic vessel that needs to breathe, sleep & consume nutrition to thrive.

The Spiritual Body (Soul): As spiritual beings having a human experience, the inner spiritual work is foundational to any external manifestation of progress.

When the mind, body, heart & soul are considered as part of our inner work, transformation becomes not only inevitable but also sustainable.

If you and I get to work together, we won’t focus solely on “making sense” of why you are the way you are—we can spend a lifetime considering and analyzing a myriad of factors. We mainly focus, instead, on practical and effective ways of aligning the work with who we want to become.

Some of my best clients have learned

● how to master their attention—a skill increasingly valuable in an age of mass distraction.

● how to manage their nervous system so that they can actively induce moments of calm and have the creative capacity to make clear decisions in moments when it matters most.

● how to feel their feelings in a safe & grounded way.

● how to tap into their spiritual signal & learn the rhythm of their own soul. Often the biggest problems in our life stem from spiritual misalignment.

My field tends to attract

Those that find themselves at the edge of better & more.

Those who are being called to live a life beyond healing.

Those who are committed to bring forth their greatest potential in this lifetime—not for the sake of being a more “productive” member of our capitalist society (even there’s merit in that), but to experience a wholesome life they get to call their own; a life rich in experiences, relationships that feels meaningful & purposeful.

Personally, I love working with individuals who secretly know they are meant for more and are tired of hiding their secret.

I don’t see our work together as coach-client relationship. I don’t vibe with the power dynamics this establishes; I’m not here to “heal” you or fix you. There’s nothing to fix. Instead, we’re here to activate what’s been dormant in you all along, amplify your gifts and integrate the shadows. That’s why this work is holistic in nature.

I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience and that Earth is a University for the soul. My work is in service of uplifting the collective consciousness so that we can experience Heaven on Earth, individually and collectively. I firmly believe our individual, inner work serves not only ourselves but the collective. Because when we transform for the better, every relationship and community we are a part of gets to benefit from that transformation. This work is generational and collective, but it starts at the individual level. Afterall, there’s only one relationship we ever truly have: the one with Self. Everything else is a mirror.
